Neuer Prüfstand testet Wasserstoff-Brennstoffzellen für automotive Anwendung
Die Zusammenarbeit der Ingenieure aus Puchheim und Bad Dürkheim sieht im Kern den gemeinsamen Aufbau von Prüfverfahren respektive -einrichtungen für das Testing und die Validierung von Wasserstoff-Brennstoffzellen-Systemen vor. KST bringt dafür seine mehr als 50-jährige Erfahrung als Entwicklungsdienstleister und Prüffeldbetreiber für die Automobilindustrie ein. Im ersten Schritt rüstet man einen KST-Prüfstand für den Wasserstoff-Betrieb um, auf dem ein Proton Motor-System als Prüfling getestet wird. Mit dem vertraglich fixierten Abkommen soll eine langjährige Partnerschaft angestrebt werden. Beide Seiten haben die kontinuierliche Personalqualifizierung von Studierenden für die Ausbildung innerhalb der Brennstoffzellen-High-Tech-Branche als generationsübergreifende Zukunftsaufgabe beschlossen.

Located in Puchheim near Munich, Proton Motor, offers complete fuel cell and fuel cell hybrid systems from its own production – from development to production to the implementation of customer-specific solutions. Proton Motor focuses on stationary applications such as back-up power and energy storage solutions, as well as mobile solutions such as back-to-base applications.
